No punishment will be adequate enough for these monsters. They'll be charged with criminally negligent homicide, rather than Murder 1, though, and then quietly allowed to plead to manslaughter or less---bc the state can't acknowledge that they allow psychopaths to wear cop uniforms.

Apparently, LA leadership's 2025 goal is to turn the state into a huge pool of infectious disease.
