this is actually a good sign in a strange way if its only toon boom acting up that mean more then likely its a " loose screw" in the software it self

im kind of guessing but if the pen it self isnt causing it toon boom might be treating the pen tracking as it being clicked windows ink + the tablet version might be causing issue

this has a strong 90s comic vibe to them like the og run of judge Dred
