I really didn't know that the French use Finnish butter for baking croissants if possible. Finnish butter is harder, which is said to be an advantage for good dough.
So the next time you eat a croissant in France, you'll taste a piece of Finland.

I'm certainly not a fan of the Trump administration, but I hope it will sanction those EU countries that continue to buy energy from Russia. The EU has been shamefully ineffective in addressing this issue and is funding a war in the process.
