Sure...they also misunderstood DEI and they misunderstood Defund the Police but that didn't make these issues any less politically damaging to the average ignorant voter. Win power then pass good policy, some of which you can't run on and win because this is America, land of the dumb and apothetic.

Sorry but the more Dems talk about trans anything, the more we lose elections. It's political poison, like "defund the police." All Ted Cruz had to do in 2024 was wait until the last week if the election then run nonstop loops of Dems embracing trans policies. Dems losing elections hurts trans most.

Two critiques of your attack on Shapiro:
1) we should raise taxes on the wealthy but lower taxes on companies. The rich don't create jobs...companies do. This ensures money is kept in the economy vs offshore
2) state corporate taxes right now determine whether companies leave PA for Texas.

You're missing the point. Trump/Russia used the Pro-Palestinian sentiment/critique of Biden to drive a wedge into the left across the US, not just in Michigan the useful idiots behind the Uncommitted movement made it easy...but the wedge issue was weaponized everywhere. Now Palestine will be gone.

Billionaires do not create jobs. Companies create jobs. Their billionaire owners save/offshore their income, reinvesting only a fraction into the economy. We thus need high taxes on high personal income and low taxes on companies. The right wing has this all wrong, and we have known this for years!
