This @cityptbo.bsky.social road micro resurfacing is a macro problem for the health of our waterways.
All of this loose asphalt is left to wash into our streams via storm drains.
Don’t we have better methods to protect the environment while fixing road surfaces?

The kiddos are out of school now, so a great time, if you have gently loved kids and teen books at home, to drop them off at a neighbourhood or municipal library.
Always a need for large print books too!

This little cutie was on the loose today, found at the corner of Fortye and Stenson in the SW end of #Ptbo. No ID, but a neighbour is keeping her/him safe until the owners can be found. Please share and let’s get him/her home soon!
