He did find time to get New Zealand citizenship though

Did he? Wikipedia says he was born in Frankfurt in 1967, and lived in both SA and Namibia before settling in California with his family in 1977.

He left SA when he was 17, according to his father - so doubt it.
Then moved to Canada and got Canadian citizenship, before moving on to USA, where he became what he is today.
White South Africans are all getting tarred with the same Musk brush simply because he was born there.
