Looks amazing. She sounds like my daughter. This was her 3rd loaf of jalapeño and cheddar…had to get the perfect sized air bubbles, lol.

A tornado just went by us. Lots of flying debris and we lost power but everyone here is ok. Hearing lots of emergency sirens going by so hopefully it’s not too bad.

Made too much dough so ended up with 2 loaves but they turned out alright. Next time going to use brown butter instead of regular butter for a richer flavor
