I’m a low level empath and I had to put it down before I even got halfway through. I kept throwing up. I purposely bought the hard bound edition so I could donate it to the local public library.

1. Purchased the book in hardback and donate it to the general collection. (I do this).
2. If a Friends Of The Library (charitable fundraising group) exists, join it.
3. Join the Board.
4. Volunteer.
5. Get to know your librarians.

Yes. All of these.

And it’s an excellent book, too.
