If “the government” fails to comply with orders from the SC, how can Trump be held accountable? Didn’t the SC give him immunity when acting in his capacity as president? Twisted, yes, but this could be argued is in that capacity. Wonder what Professor Tribe would have to say about this.

Why is this not a "4 Body Problem"? The alien system has three stars, and one must also account for the movement of their planet. Survival-wise, one needs to know the movements of all four bodies. Is this ever addressed in the books or in the Chinese series?

Of course, it's "Collins." May not be gullibility after all. Both senators are told exactly what they want and need to hear, then they justify their votes on that. When actions are the opposite of "what I was told," they can hide as victims of deceit. Trump and the base are happy; senators are safe.

10M Dem voters has their votes uncounted, one has to explain the depressing underperformance NATIONWIDE. Is anyone trying to count those Dems who stayed home or crossed over because of the candidate’s gender and color? I know older members of solid blue families who did just that.

I’ll be interested to see where this goes. However,
a number of those observations - esp related to Harris’ consistent underperformance - can be explained by the hesitancy to vote for a WOC. In ‘16 there were hidden Trump voters. Unless it is claimed and supported that many of the missing 1/X

Whether he cheated this time or not is yet to be supported by evidence. What I sadly CAN believe is that there are 10M registered Dems (especially older ones) who would not be able to vote for a WOC for President. We have a long way to go yet.

I was on the Indivisible zoom meeting as well. Meh. Seemed like 90% pep talk, 5% what Dems in Congress SHOULD be doing (but aren’t), and 5% “go visit your Senator.” Going to explore MoveOn; they seem like a more aggressive group, and aggression is what we need.

Many of your national constituents are upset, angry, and afraid. Please share *something* of what Reps. Raskin and Connolly are going to do. Way too much social media posting and not enough action.
