My choir sang this at my last concert (my 4th time singing it) and it never gets old.

When Xanadu opened on Broadway I went because I needed to see Olivia Newton John in person (she signed my Playbill!). One of the celebrities there that night was DB Sweeney & when he got near me I just yelled out his name like an idiot. He laughed, said hello & then walked into the theater. 🤦🏻‍♀️

A number of years ago I staged doored a play he did and he was so handsome in person! And very gracious.

I met Alan Cumming at an opening night party (I worked at the theater company). Towards the end of the night a friend & I went to get a picture with him. He was very nice about it, but the lighting was terrible & he just kept yelling "FIND YOUR LIGHT! FIND YOUR LIGHT!" I was so embarrassed. 😂
