I'm an alcoholic. Blackout drunk. Used to forget to fall down when I passed out. Haven't had a drink in a decade bc I got to a point where I probably did do whatever you're going to tell me I did. I was blackout drunk, I didn't know what happened. I was not secy of Defense, either. JS

He's either heard those questions a lot, or he KNOWS he's having problems and is genuinely asking if the shit coming out of his mouth makes sense.
