Charlie is the reason I am fighting so hard. She NEEDS the DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION. Because of school and the wonderful program she is in that is paid for with OUR federal money she can now talk. She is 6 and has been non verbal mostly. DO IT FOR HER💙
