Sometimes I go to other places to pano. This is beautiful St Margaret’s at Cliffe in the UK. Nearby is a restaurant where I had the biggest fish & chips plate in my life. The English sparkling rose wine was pretty good!

My girlfriend from Peru got me these wonderful leg warmers from an artisan but my calves don’t fit em (too chonk from all the walking I do), so they’re arm warmers 🤣

Spend less time posting on SM these days but still have lots to say and put them in my nightly journal pages. One of my tiny luxuries is a dreamy pen with ink on good paper. A sample minus all the personal stuff. 😅

Portraits done. Among my own personal non-portrait stuff, I especially liked this one of three busts of women saints. The light was gentle, through stained glass, which gave the scene an interesting character. Leica M8, Summilux 50mm.

Last weekend I shot portraits (lord have mercy, gulp) and I think it went well. Easing into the post by first reviewing my fun atypical blown-out shallow DOF woo woo shots I did before she arrived. 😆 (here with my Leica M8, 50mm Lux)

Before my 📽️🎞️ triple feature today (two in 35mm, one in 16mm), headed to lunch at Terrace 6 and en route saw this. Pretty much made my day, a Francis Bacon painting. My heart is full of joy.

Bought these two gems from my recent vacation to the Mile High City! The shop (Paradise Found Records) mailed them out to me so I wouldn’t have to travel with them. Waiting til weekend when I can enjoy them properly. 🎧
