Congratulations, Eric! I love that you earned your Junior Ranger badge! I'll be 69 next month, and I love working on Junior Ranger badges at every National Park or Monument I visit! I wish they'd been around when I was younger - I'd have a lot more!

It was fun watching this Water Ouzel (American Dipper) today at Deschutes Falls County Park. I just learned these sweet aquatic birds have white feathers on their eyelids that cause that white flash when they blink. I always thought it was their eyelids💙
