Ugh, these people are everywhere now. Two members of the Beverly Hills USD school board attended/promoted one of these trainings several months ago, and even pushed for all BHHS students to attend. I’ve repeatedly asked the board if this is appropriate behavior and have been met with crickets.

Our local paper posted this today as part of a carousel of “things to do this weekend”…not sure if they’re using AI or something to aggregate “local” events, but this is in Beverly Hills, MI…which is 2,300 miles from here (CA).

I sent an email Wednesday night urging the superintendent and board members of my son’s school district (Beverly Hills USD) to make a statement. I received a reply from the board president yesterday morning, but otherwise the district has been silent. Can’t say I’m surprised.
