In other news, day 5 of the Purium cleanse and the typical body aches and swollen joints have subsided about 80%. I do have more energy but also feel a bit grumpy. Figuring out the correct, well rounded meal is a bit of work. 4lb loss so far.

We are up to our tippy tops with bad news. I'm wondering if we could find the good news? Not bypassing the bad. Just balancing with some good. The moon was stunning at dawn today. Frankie the wonder dog is at my feet chewing as I write. I do not feel hopeful or hopeless. I feel, so I'm still alive.
