Just wondering…When will local politicians like @norberforny finally break their silence on Trump’s open racism and the ways it is driving policy and hurting people?

Great to attend the Plant-A-Row exhibit opening at PW Library and speak with founder Marvin Makofsky about their innovative work fighting food insecurity. With partners community partners, they’ve delivered 350K servings of fresh produce to PW pantries since 2010.

Today I honor the memory of the six million Jews and others lost in the Holocaust.  We remember the victims, honor the survivors, and recommit to confronting antisemitism and hate in all its forms. Never again.

Governor Hochul’s budget delivers a 3.8% boost in school aid to LI about $200M more for local districts with no new taxes except on vaping and nicotine. I will fight to protect this funding and make sure it reaches classrooms.
Long Island school aid: Hochul proposes 3.8% increase for 2026-27
If approved by the state legislature, the governor's proposal would boost funding for most Island districts, ranging from a 0.15% increase in Hauppauge to 34.4% in Amagansett.

Today marks 53 years since Roe v. Wade. Across the country, reproductive rights are under attack. In NY, we’ve fought to protect access and passed Prop 1 to enshrine rights. In Albany, I’ll keep working to ensure everyone can get the care they need.

Thank you to Long Island Press for covering my campaign and sharing my vision for the 16th Assembly District.

If elected, I’ll fight to lower costs for families, strengthen public schools, protect our environment, and be a strong, responsive voice for Long Island in Albany.

Today I volunteered at Sid Jacobson JCC’s MLK Day of Service making lentil soup and snacks for the Nikki Schwartz Memorial Food Bank alongside my friend Juliegh Chin. This was a meaningful and fun way to honor Dr. King’s legacy and give back. Grateful to the JCC.
