No, that's true. It's something I have to take a step back from too, because I can't deal with that flood. I read one news source I like (a single essay at night) and leave it at that.

I feel like this flood is part of the plan, to keep people overwhelmed and constantly trying to deal with something new so they end up unable to push back on anything.

I was so excited to see it on the cover of National Geographic kids a couple months ago!
