When does one turn down the opportunity to visit family in another country? It happens when you’re in a same sex marriage and your social media does not support the current regime. Staying home is far safer than taking a chance and ending up barred or jailed.

Life without TikTok continues. Homemade chili, working on whipped tallow, and planning to remodel bathrooms. I’m far more productive now that the app has kissed the ring.

Maybe it’ll be better without the social media time suck. My morning ritual had been FB and TikTok over coffee. Perhaps YouTube could become my replacement. We have 30+ lbs. of tallow to render from our steer… hoping I find something entertaining (because man this seems dry).
