I agree, and theoretically, she'd be a great choice (as would AOC). Unfortunately, between the outdated and ridiculous EC system, along with gerrymandered maps, I'm not sure she'd be able to win. And Americans can't afford to elect another R president in 2028.

I agree 💯. We lived there for 14 years, spent a lot of time there before that when I lived in Canada, and it used to be a great country. Unfortunately, nothing will change until the American people feel enough pain. I'm hoping that they've already had enough and are ready for serious change.

There are several who have the first two qualities (Pete Buttigieg, Chris Murphy, Adam Schiff, Ruben Gallego, Tammy Duckworth, Elizabeth Warren) but the only ones who would be ruthless are either too young/inexperienced (AOC, Jasmine Crockett, Zohran Mamdani) or too old (Bernie Sanders).

Has anyone noticed how the use of the word 'billion' doesn't even seem to shock people anymore? I'm talking just in the past year. Now, it seems that the word 'trillion' has to be used just for people to sit up and take notice.
