I don’t have all the answers, but I think part of it involves the “liberal resistance” going 100% dormant whenever a Democrat is president

In ANY other court, if judges were found doing this (taking bribes then ruling on cases involving the person who made the bribe), they could get kicked off the case or worse, have their legal certification removed

Example: Fani Willis. She didn’t break any laws. But she got kicked off the case.

We punish people for being grossly unethical ALL the time

In fact, I’d argue we punish people MORE for ethics violations than we do for breaking the law

Think: Someone fired at a job for being an asshole. A conservative politician who resigned after a gay sex scandal (but didn’t break any laws)

We just found out Biden deported more people in four years than Trump did
