Audio queue saved my butt (was no extremis warning, just a random spawn).

I can never see the tiny blue marker when I'm mid fight, so I just rely on audio when I get flanked.

I'm glad me spawn killing Zoans entertained the squad I queued into today 😂

And yes this is on lethal, I don't really play on any other difficulty anymore.
