Assuming you’re in quad, either use 1 headphone at a time or I found a way on mobile recently using accessibility options, courtesy of this post from last year…

They describe it pretty well, but basically play in split screen or PIP with settings and use the slider to switch betw cam 1/2 and 3/4.
