My insurer (Ambetter) sent out the DUMBEST letter on Oct. 31:
"[Y]our new premium is estimated to be $792.10. Here's the math: Monthly premium of $1019.10 minus $227 of possible help."
Yes, they referred to the enhanced PTCs (which Dems were fighting for AS THE LETTER WENT OUT) as "possible help".

Ugh, looks like they are moving forward with options #1 and #2 with only McAllen and Whitehead voting no. And there was absolutely no discussion about Kirk's hatemongering - just that some council members wanted a more formal structure for who is eligible for a memorial & how long after their death.

I've seen some accounts that I follow complain about PACER. I need a document for work, and it looks like the max cost per document is only $3 and at first I was all, hey, that's not so bad, but then it turns out I can't actually get the document until they mail me something in 7-10 business days. 🤦♀️

After much frustration not being able to get a COVID-19 shot before a high-risk trip, I had a good experience today @ CVS Minute Clinic. The NP was great, and the facility was nice.
Time 4 my traditional post-vax chicken noodle soup. Got lazy and used canned chicken this time, but it turned out OK.

Albertsons doesn't even have a dropdown to let you book a COVID-19 shot. At Fry's has a popup asking if I was 65+ or high risk. I clicked "yes", and then got a "Service Unavailable" message.

I was at the gym last week WITH MY PHONE ON A SHELF AND STUFFED AT THE BOTTOM OF A TOTE BAG and I happened to chat with my trainer about The Lost Boys. My Roku looked like this the next time I turned on the TV. Yeah, I know the phone spies on us, but really? From far away, too?
