I fear what will happen when they brick them all or I can’t repair my parent’s TiVo any longer. There is no good replacement for anyone that doesn’t have cable, which is really expensive for people on fixed incomes. Why can’t we have nice things anymore? Why?

Best. Time. Ever. Our group dressed as The Alps using garbage bags when others had sewed elaborate costumes. But whenever they came on screen, the crowd would chant “Alps! Alps!” and we’d run across the front. They booed when we lost the costume contest. 😂

Crocheting amigurumi was fun for me. But you have to pay a bit of attention to counting. Knitting dishcloths is more mindless. I can usually listen to a program or podcast while doing either.

Just moved to a new house where everyone on the street has Midco. I called to get the same and they don’t “serve” my address. They do not care that I’m the only one without or that I WFH. Monopolies are awesome!

I once told my friend I can’t drink from public fountains. When she acted like I was crazy, I realized it was because of Parks and Rec. I still don’t want to use them just in case!

Believe it or not, a few years ago it was something you could try if your lost your license or it was stolen. It apparently would work.
