As someone who becomes physically ill from the summer sun and heat? At least in winter, I can put on a few layers and go outside without feeling like I'm going to die.

As for peeing outside, for me the appeal is that it feels "taboo." But on the other hand it can also feel innocent and kiddish, and for me it is a gender-affirming act: not something I did growing up as a girl, but something that seems commonplace among boys.

I can add that it's personally hard to make myself desperate; rather, my bladder will just feel painful without any indication of possibly letting go

There are times when I will feel desperate, but it's more random and I've never really tried to create such scenarios
