That movie came out when I was 19. I remember watching it one night in Jan. 2000 with friends in college. We had a good chat about how messed up it was. Every review I read was like “excellent acting, great commentary on how fucked up this country is.” It’s not like anyone thought it was fine

My kids think Jaws is HILARIOUS. They absolutely ball up in giggles at it. I love that movie so much - the pacing and characters and all the delicious suspense - I cannot imagine laughing at it

Is it possible to get any data on ad reach or engagement between those two? It would be really interesting to see how much relative audience reach they’re getting on those ad spends.

That’s not to say that I think the Democrats have done even a baseline acceptable job of protesting or messaging this week, but I don’t think acting like republicans is automatically what everyone should do. (Still working out what I think might be better though tbh)
