The Republicans prided themselves on small government. Not anymore. They want to control what you learn, what you read, who you love, how to raise your children, control your healthcare. It's not freedom to choose, do they think Americans can't decide for themselves?

It only hurts consumers. Today I cooked with tomatoes from Mexico, garlic from Mexico, avocados from Mexico, red peppers from Spain and drank orange juice from Canada. This cost trickles down to us. Basic supply and demand, either pay the higher price or go without.

As a college professor, Academic Dean, and state regulator, I believe everyone should continue learning to pursue their hopes and dreams. Not everyone is meant for college or had a chance to explore the world before them. I agree with you, Mark.
