Any response that treats antisemitism as exceptional, while ignoring Islamophobia, anti-Palestinian racism, and other forms of hate, is doomed to fail.”

Of all the matters involving Trump this on the surface seems trivial, but it isn't. He's bringing back plastic drink straws ( somewhere) and said he didn't think it will "worry sharks too much while they're munching through the ocean."

couldnt bring myself to listen to the love in on local abc radio this morning to say farewell - sometime after 0730 SA time - there is something rather sinister beneath the banale farewells, the lack of critical analysis is numbing
