The gamble paid off this morning. Had a great ride, hit my goal of 10,000 in 2025, and 1,000 in the month of November (and counting).

Going for 10,000 km in 2025 on my bike in a few min. Good temp but rain predicted. More gambling.

I gambled and won this morning. Had an excellent bike ride in 0° weather. Cloudy, low wind, perfect. Went out a bit earlier than usual, around 3:27 a.m. and probably saw three cars. The suicidal racoon on Malden was still in bed and not at the side of the road, waiting for me. Good.

Took a rest day yesterday, hoping to go out this morning, but my weather app is saying rain. Hopefully this is one of the 80% of the time predictions that's utterly wrong.

Good ride today. I needed 73 km to hit 9,900 km, and ended up doing 100 km. Very cold. Getting colder every day, which is to be expected. I'll ride outside as long as I can.

Very cold ride, but a good one. That Mobile Bike Guy sure tuned my bike up to perfect. Really rides well.

Very cold ride this morning. Felt colder than the temperature indicated. After a short time out, I thought about turning around and saw I had only gone 17 km. Ended up doing 60 km. I'm going to inch my way toward my goal.

I need 234 km to hit 10,000 km for 2025. In years past I could do that in a weekend. We will see how this goes.
