That looks like a ''bike tire'' that the owner has cut and fit on the horns of the bull. My grandfather has done this with bike tires to a young bull and a couple of aggressive rams on his farm.

My brother gave me his old Commodore 64 and a C-128 and a box of floppy discs. Which still worked.
