Fourth-Generation Coloradan, Mom, Army veteran, proud American. Democrat running to flip CO-05. Let’s bring character and courage back to Congress!
I spoke with the Local 58 Plumbers and Pipefitters last night and shared my vision for a robust middle class. When I get to Congress, I’ll be a champion for my working class constituents and union laborers. Unions built the middle class, and the middle class built America.

A few years ago, I completed Ironman Arizona...

Right now, I know many are struggling and frustrated. But as I learned during that Ironman, we must have hope and persevere. And if we work together, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish—including flipping this seat. We can and WILL win. Let’s do it.

We had a great turnout at the CO-05 townhall this week. The only person who didn't make it was Jeff Crank. When I'm your member of Congress, I will hold consistent townhalls and be responsive to ALL the people of CO’s 5th District. The job of a representative is to actually REPRESENT your community.

Protecting voting rights and fighting corruption are essential to a healthy democracy. Grateful to partner with Defend the Vote to ensure every citizen can freely and fairly make their voice heard. This is what makes America great!

Last week, I got to visit Care and Share. They are so critical to feeding our Southern Colorado community. I encourage everyone in El Paso County to join me in participating in Take a Turkey to Work Day this Friday and donate a turkey to a family in need.

The Flying W Ranch was one of my favorite places to go for good music and a Chuckwagon dinner when I was a kid. It was great to be back last night for the Hoedown for Heroes—great fun for a great cause.

Great to have another Coffee with Killin in Falcon, where I went to high school and where my dad was the middle school principal. I continue to have open dialogues with constituents to discuss ways I will work to reduce costs and address other key priorities here in El Paso County.

Spent time with my in‑laws this week — they immigrated from India in 1966 and served our country as physicians. They embody the American Dream. My father‑in‑law became Chief of Staff at the Military Medical Center at Nellis AFB. They found opportunity and gave back. THIS is America.

Veterans have fought and protected the freedoms we enjoy and are a core part of our community here in El Paso County. Today, and everyday, let’s honor their sacrifice and commitment to making America the freest, safest and most prosperous nation in the world.

I’m thrilled to have earned the endorsement of Congressman Joe Neguse. Neguse is a proud and principled leader who works tirelessly to represent his community. I look forward to bringing the same commitment and hard work to the people of the Pikes Peak region.

As a veteran, I know how important community support is. There is no better community for veterans than El Paso county— that’s why so many of us live here! It was great to celebrate service with fellow veterans and patriots today. Proud to be an American 🇺🇸

Proud to earn Senator Bennet’s endorsement. Together we’ll work to make Colorado a more affordable, prosperous and safer place for all our constituents.

I took some time last weekend to meet with and listen to members of our community and learn more about your concerns. As your Congresswoman, I will always listen and work to bring people together. That’s a promise.

New polling shows I am running neck-and-neck with Republican Jeff Crank and shows that when voters learn more about my message, I’m leading.

My campaign is about putting people’s needs first. It means making sure our district is more affordable, safe and prosperous. Let’s go win this thing.

As a Veteran myself, I know Veterans don’t just fight on the front lines for our safety and freedom, they enrich the lives of countless Americans with their innovative contributions to our economy and society. This week and every week, I’m grateful for their continued commitment to our nation.

Halloween is scary! But you want to know what’s even scarier? Not voting. Make your voice heard. I knocked some doors yesterday to help keep the scaries away and get out the vote for our local school board elections. If you haven’t already—please vote!

Halloween should be a happy time where every kid gets their fair share of candy and fun. In these uncertain times, I hope everyone has a joyful and safe Halloween.

I’m sick and tired of Congress being on vacation while working Americans bear the burden. Get back to DC, and do your job. Let’s reopen the government and lower people’s healthcare costs. Now. forms.gle/L7JhpBjBBfPa...

It was great to host another Coffee with Killin at Kinship Landing. We had a thoughtful conversation about how we can make Colorado more affordable, safe, and prosperous!

Too many of our veterans are struggling with homelessness. It’s heartbreaking. The Mt. Carmel Stand Down event was a powerful reminder of what our community can do together. And it was so rewarding to escort a vet through the process. I’ll work tirelessly to make sure we leave no veteran behind.

I’m honored to have the support of Congressmembers Brittany Pettersen and Jason Crow, two leaders I admire for their integrity and service. I look forward to working with them in Congress to make life more affordable, support our veterans and service members, and ensure every Coloradan can thrive.

Yesterday reminded of all the things that are so amazing about our community. Non-profits (Habitat for Humanity and the Myron Stratton House), engaged citizens and the business community— working to address our housing shortage and improve the livelihoods of our citizens. This is what gives me hope.
