Battle March seems like a great way to play The Old World.
They are Eldar (space elves) who serve The Laughing God. Harlequins are a "neutral" faction among the Aeldari, meaning they work with both the Craftworld Eldar, and the Dark Eldar (super bad guys.) Harlequins are often used as assassins and to settle disputes. They are lead by a Troupe Master.

I traditionally hate clowns and are freaked out by them, however there are two I like. One is Pomni from The Amazing Digital Circus, the other are the murder elf Harlequins of Warhammer 40k. But...Pomni is the cutiest.
