That would be nice to see. Traditions are meant to be explored, broken, and rebuilt.
Hopefully, CVS3 will be out before the next KOF protagonist emerges to replace Shun'ei & even then I'm certain Shun'ei will be in the next CVS.

There are methods to vote more than once per day such as using different Browsers on your computer & using all the browsers on your phone.
