I’ve been running (slowly) for a few years now and I STILL have to remind myself that it’s okay that I’m much slower in the summer. It’s disheartening to feel like a superhero for 5 months and then go back to super slow paces once it hits 70°. My body just can’t handle heat apparently 🤷🏼‍♀️
