Heh. I guess our railway system is so unreliable that even the rest of the world knows about it. It's funny. Traveling via bus works perfectly fine here as long as you're in the right city. But traveling via train is a total pain.

It's still on Fakku, but I don't know if they provide the Mac and Linux versions or only the Windows one. The page doesn't specify. At the very least, the Android version probably is abandonware now.

Ah, I get it now. My memory was failing me. I remembered a new control scheme being added in one of the betas I tested, but that was being able to do normal movement via keyboard, while still having to use the mouse for dashing. So the control schemes are gamepad, mouse (and ESC) and keyboard+mouse.
November 21, 2025 at 1:15 PM
No problem. I appreciate the info. I'm not sure if dashing with a keyboard still works at all in the latest version of Ynglet, though. Some time ago, someone said they couldn't figure out how, so I fired up the game and couldn't find a way to do it either. What keyboard button is supposed to do it?
November 21, 2025 at 1:00 PM
Out of curiosity, are keyboard controls harder to work with than gamepad controls on a technical level? Since Ynglet doesn't support customizing the former. (I believe the latest update may have even broken the ability to dash with keyboard-only controls.)

Easy mistake to make, given that the original is in grayscale, but the uniform colors are wrong. This happened when Maria and Gavin were juniors (green), while Rudy was a freshman (red).

I'm referring to the Switch 2 version of the whole thing, which is quite different. Not sure how well it'd work on PCs though. You could make it use two analog sticks, but I don't know how well that would control. PCs theoretically support two mice, but GameMaker only does that via plugin.
November 18, 2025 at 11:13 AM
Wonder how long it'll take for modders to port this content to PCs. Does it lie around unused in the other versions or will we actually have to wait for the Switch 2 to get hacked?

I get the feeling that if one of your followers were to currently be coding something in assembly, they'd probably achieve a crushing victory here.

Honestly, the whole idea of vampires not having reflections because they lack souls always seemed weird to me. If people actually once thought that reflections show one's soul, why did they not find it strange that inanimate objects also have reflections?
November 13, 2025 at 12:05 PM
True. That turned out to be the case. Thanks for the info.

Bluesky doesn't let me change most of the top options on the grounds that "Adult content is disabled." I assume that's because the site is too lazy to implement the security measures German law requires for adult content, so they simply chose to enforce blocking it all.

Probably not gonna happen, unfortunately. None of the previous campaigns got 800 backers. I think unless something big happens, we can probably expect Galette's campaigns going forward to generally make it to the 700 backer stretch goal.

Meanwhile, I'd already appreciate if the search function in my copy of Windows 10 worked at all instead of crashing Windows Explorer. One point for Linux.

Does Kris eventually get exhausted even if you just stay at your starting position and progress through the whole conversation?

I once had a need to obtain a few specific sound effects from some old SFX libraries and got them from www.audiohero.com. Don't remember if you can just buy them directly, but they have a subscription model where you can acquire a certain amount of them per month.

User reviews overwhelmingly hand out 10/10s or 0/10s. I'm not so sure they're really better on average.

Something tells me we haven't seen the last of the Dark/Star attack users.

Now I'm curious what face the programmer responsible made when Toby instructed them to insert this line of code.

I feel that this is making an important point that whereas other unsparable enemies like the Knight are choosing to reject your mercy, Titans are mindless beings only capable of violence. Attempting to reason with them is like attempting to reason with a natural disaster.

He could've probably just hacked a Spider Donut into their inventory and told them to use that.

Upon comparing them more closely, the colors of all the stripes seem a bit off compared to Azul's version. She probably was aiming for that flag, but the somewhat inaccurate coloring confused me.
October 17, 2025 at 10:29 PM
You mean this one, right? It's the first Lesbian pride flag that comes to my mind. Maybe Azul was aiming for that, but her top stripe looks more orange than usual.

Several years before Capcom came under fire for RE: Mercenaries having no save deletion option, the original Pokémon Ranger shipped with no ability to erase that you already transferred its copy's Manaphy or even replay its mission, likewise devaluing used copies. No controversy arose back then.
