I really disagree with the #ICCV policy to force *all* authors to be reviewers. It puts PIs with interdisciplinary research in an impossible position. E.g. if your students submit papers to NLP, ML, Robotics, AI, and CV conferences. The obvious bad solution is to let students review in your name.
