Most depictions of X being angry in my art is either played up because it's not written in canon, a facade to misdirect you, or because it's misinterpreted.

I think how he'd feel would depend on the OC, along with the context it's presented in.
Like if it was presented under the idea of making your OC your vessel, he wouldn't entertain it.
I think he'd be very opposed to do anything with an OC, since he's mainly interested in official content.

Why does the sick twisted freak allow for his body to decay at a more rapid rate than before?
Odd, it's almost like he knows he could fix it at any time but let's the problem linger because he enjoys it.
