In the space of the past 4 years, our Notting Hill Genesis service charge has gone from around £1,200 to £1,800 p/a (est. for 25/26). We have fought off two S20 consultations on maintenance and fire safety repairs with hugely inflated costs and a 15% NHG project management charge.
