Here's a webtoon I really enjoy called To Not Die. Webtoons will drop really cool single panels like this. I will say though, it has more impact if you know the story behind it. The art is still cool though.

Just like Osaragi, every time this guy is drawn, he's drawn in such a horribly menacing way.

Pretty much every double or full page panel of Dandadan is amazingly drawn. Here is one of my favorites.

In Chainsawman, Fujimoto will randomly drop the most goated panels.

Whenever Osaragi is drawn in Sakamoto Days, it's super cool. Lot's of detail on her dress.
