As a former Kettering resident, I can assure you, it will take a lot more than a few flags to make it look pretty. They’re probably putting up St George flags to piss off the Scottish residents of Corby. KFC is that not Kettering Facist Club? Bless-ed are the People’s Front of Kettering. Sad times.
