The lack of action on short term lets, is insane. It literally is the easiest thing to address. We don't need to wait for EU guidance. We already have legislation in this area. Enforce it.

There already are restrictions on short term lets, indeed planning permission is needed for them. Its a massive lack of enforcement of existing laws that allows this

Maybe try enforcing some of those laws on short term lets. Probably don't want to be seen helping the masses. Investors are more important.
