I just find it a bit hard to find why you would want to read the description of it I guess, I mean I get that most blind people can see some of it and the text helps to what it's meant to be but some work it's just "girl smiling" is it as entertaining as work that's meant to be read are my thoughts?

I'm aware of visual impairment being on a spectrum, but, with texts like stream schedules yes absolutely but artwork that's meant to be percieved with sight is where I'm confused. The sight of the work is the form of expression, painters aren't all writers, you can't convey it the same way.

Hi! I mean no disrespect but I'm just curious due to being uninformed on this subject and want to know more about using text-to-speech, it's for those who are visually impaired right? I've never thought about this but wouldn't 2D art be something blind people don't subscribe to?
