The soup's ingredients are Japanese parsley(Seri), pork belly, and onion.
The condiment is minced green onion.
I ordered an extra portion because I love the crispy texture of fresh Seri. 🌱 So good!

●優月：YUZUKI
【カツカレー：KATSU-CURRY】
It's a delicious ramen shop, but half the orders were for Katsu-curry.
The curry and rice are topped with a fried egg and Tonkatsu(pork cutlet). 🍛 Side dish is Fukujinzuke(Pickles for curry).
The large Tonkatsu was cut into nine pieces and the pork loin was tender.

●田中商店：TANAKA-SHOTEN
【スパイスラーメン：SPICY RAMEN】
This spicy curry-flavored ramen is topped with Char-Siu, green pepper, red pepper, stir-fried vegetables (bean sprouts, onion, cabbage), and seasoned eggs. 🍜
The soup is piping hot!

●松栄庵：SHOEIAN
【天ぷら蕎麦＆おにぎり：TEMPURA SOBA & ONIGIRI】
Cold soba noodles topped with Sakura-shrimp tempura, Japanese radish sprout, and grated Japanese radish. 🥢 It's Bukkake style.
Served with two kinds of Onigiri(Ume & Katsuo).

●香村：KOUMURA
【肉うどん：PORK UDON】
These Udon ingredients are pork, Kamaboko(fish cake), Mochi(Rice cake), and green onions. 🥢 Served with Onsen-egg(soft texture), and Tenkasu(Tempura bits).
It was piping hot!
