There is plenty of poisoning with raw diet too 😔… and even when they were healthy, there was very little food my 3 babies liked raw… except for grass hoper, some beetles and, for my wild girl, a bird once… but since then, she is no more interested by them…

Nothing can preclude anything as far as human are involved 😉

This has taken a tall on my oldest digestive… it took me months to get her out of very bad digestive issues… and still struggling…

As you can read in my post, I mentioned “cultivated meat”… and said it was a shame COVID impacted those progress.
BTW: Well balanced any American pet food are 2 different things… there is a ton of crap that does not belong in pets food and that is causing more and more allergies and cancer to pets.

I which there were good alternatives for pet food… before Covid, there were a lot is startup doing meat culture… but all that seems to have vanished…

If you can create an environment where people can enjoy what they do, with the least amount of bureaucracy and find a way to make the boring tasks entertaining (create 1 day team building challenges to pill the bandage quickly and get back to the fun stuff), then you’ll win!

I do believe that extreme programming, with the oversight and guidance of proper architects who have the full picture vision of the product and its life cycle and the reality of the customer base is the best approach: use everyone for what the are best, and channel their creativity in what matters.\

And, if you build standalone corporate applications that need to run on various OSes and architectures, building and productizing all of that, and supporting the customer becomes quickly a challenge that makes coding feel like the easy bit…
