Series IV is the best for me. There isn't a weak ep IMO, can't say that for series V.

Other than Toymaker (which had a good premise, poor writing/execution), actually a fairly decent run of stories (more consistent than Troughton's last season).

Cults, witches, Morris dancers, black magic, the master summoning the devil...why don't I like this more? I should but I don't. The Doctor being a prick to Jo probably doesn't help.

A throwback to season 7, but with a little more charm. Heavy ideas and my god we have Asian characters played by Asian actors. Even Barry would fail on that in 3 seasons time.
