Been trying to do this more myself as well as leave comments, even if sometimes I don't have the most interesting thing to say, just like to admire the art.

These are lovely, it's such a hard process, a long road and journey to accept one's self, to really look deep.

And that's I think why I see Elxonal the way I do. A spider/ear wig creature. One that spins webs to connect to people and things, that softly hisses and clacks sweet nothings in your ears. My view of how I might really be, instead of what I pretend and mask to be, unintentionally even.

Spending my life just worried and anxious about the future, resenting the past, that I can't focus on the present and can't just be in the moment.

Everyone has their own box, everything has its own meaning in my mind. I can't help but categorize it all. I can't help but obsess and fixate.

I try to get closer. To understand. To help and to learn and to grow with them. But all I do is take on their burdens and make them my own, in a way, to try to know, to relate. Because I'm so confused otherwise.

And then I get burnt out, tired and sick of it all. I want to snip the webs I spin.

Despite his protestations, he has gnawed on furniture in the past and he will do so again. That bad behavior's a little more destructive than poor posture, though not so easily corrected.
But he definitely doesn't behave like an animal, okay? (2/2)
