Today's deep-cut deity: Eunostos, goddess of flour mills. Her image was honored at the mill to make sure you got your proper weight of milled flour. Big deal back in Ancient Greece! I imagine Percy battling her while he tries to measure ingredients for making blue cookies. Floury chaos ensues . . .
