Please read the post, note the public concern and choose not to lecture a stranger. Telling people they “need to” do something from a position of zero meaningful connection rarely has an impact. While I appreciate your concern and indeed share it, public condescension rarely has a +ve effect.

Yes, yes it does. I got really used to git workflows & reviewing styles so am regularly flip-flopping between wanting to point out "This review is massive" and reminding myself that it's because it can be the fastest way to get into a massive P4 stream. Still, could be SVN, CVS or VSS...

Don't get me wrong, protecting children is important, but that's not what this act truly enables. It enables governmental control and censorship, it reduces the World in WWW to "world but if you look at something we disagree with, we'll know and it will be used against you".
