Bracket 2 needs more explanation instead of relying on "pre-con power level" to do the heavy lifting.

Yes I ended up trading game changers around my decks so by the end out of 11 decks at bracket 3 I only pulled 3 game changers out and 2 of them didn't really work well in the decks anyway.

I don't believe opposition agent should be here especially if tutoring is supposed to be rare. Most of the time it acts like a very circumstantial counter spell and is only powerful in cEDH levels of play where they don't care if a card is a game changer.
